At Simply Seattle, we want you to represent the Pacific Northwest with pride, so if your gear isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size, a store credit for future sports apparel, or a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all Seattle sports merchandise is protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
